International Expertise

Our international experience and relationships provide our clients with access to global market transaction opportunities.

Our partners at the Alliance of International Corporate Advisors (AICA), an international network of firms providing M&A services to middle-market companies around the world, also provide advisory services on middle-market, cross-border transactions. AICA allows us to provide additional transactional

opportunities to our clients by identifying international buyers without a U.S. presence and eliminating language or cultural barriers that would impede the negotiation and execution of a cross-border transaction.

Our track record speaks for itself. Middle-market business owners trust us to lead them through the process and capture more value.

Our History

In 1987, Charles Wulfing and E. Lawrence Keyes, Jr. decided to launch a new investment banking firm that would meet the complex and unique needs of middle-market companies and their owners.

By combining financial expertise, multi-disciplinary insight and a collaborative approach, the firm’s original partners discovered a highly effective business model that continues to create exceptional results for middle-market clients.
