ST. LOUIS, MO – MARCH 27, 2023 – The Fortune Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisory boutique, is pleased to announce the promotion of Bradley Scharfenberg to Vice President.
Brad joined The Fortune Group as an Analyst in 2012 and has been an integral member of the firm’s M&A advisory team since that time. As Vice President, he will continue to play an active role in supporting the firm’s deal execution and business development efforts, working closely with senior bankers, clients and referral partners to evaluate and execute a variety of middle market M&A transactions.
“We are incredibly proud of this promotion,” said Paul Schnoebelen, Managing Director at The Fortune Group. “This is the well-earned result of the dedication and hard work of a key member of our M&A advisory team, and a reflection of the professional development and growth of our organization.”
Since joining The Fortune Group, Brad has advised on dozens of M&A engagements, typically involved from the very inception of the project through the final details of a successful closing. He has served as a key member of the deal teams that completed seller representation engagements for the firm’s healthcare, consumer and industrial clients, including Oral Surgery Partners, Premier Prosthetics & Orthotics, Ascent, Team Fenex, and Wehrenberg Theatres, among many others. Recently, Brad was named as a member of ACG’s Emerging 20 leadership program for the class of 2022-2023, representing a select group of rising M&A professionals in the St. Louis community. Prior to joining The Fortune Group, Brad received his BSBA cum laude in Finance and Economics from the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri–Columbia.
